The HUS179 Slant Nail Face Mount Hanger offers double shear nailing. The raised dimple allows for 30 to 45 degree nailing through the joist into the header, resulting in higher loads and less nailing. It is constructed of 16-gauge steel with a G90 galvanizing finish.
