The VMAX-301 sloped roof fan is designed to maximize ventilation efficiency by utilizing the natural forces of wind and pressure differentials. This system effectively vents hot and humid air, reducing condensation and mold formation in the attic. With a net ventilation area of 144 sq. in., it is ideal for ventilating buildings ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 square feet. Finished with a polyester powder coat baked with UV protection, this fan is built to withstand various outdoor conditions. The included adjustable flashing allows for easy installation on slopes ranging from 2/12 to 15/12.
