Designed for professional use, the Thiroco Professional Quality Plastic Cement fills outdoor cracks and holes, and repairs foundations, roofs and chimney joints. The asbestos-free, black plastic cement dries in approximately 48 hours. After it dries, this plastic cement becomes completely resistant to water, sun and acid.
