Keep your exterior cladding intact and avoid water ingress by using our Professional quality patio bracket able to sustain a 3000 lb load. This bracket facilitates the installation of a patio while also limiting the impact on the building. Very cost-effective due to it's simple design and fast installation. It is secured directly to the foundation, and the beam is placed parallel to it (see illustration). The part is hot-dip galvanized to withstand northern conditions. Screw anchors to secure bracket included!
