The Oatey pipe joint compound is designed for use on water, air and steam pipe lines and is ideal for sealing metal threaded connections. The compound has a maximum working pressure of 3000 PSI on -20° to 400° F gas lines and a maximum working pressure of 10,000 PSI on -20° to 500° F liquid lines. The compound will not separate or harden and is offered in a 1 oz. format.
